"Special thanks to your service department who worked with us in getting our boat in and out quickly for it's 100 hour service. We were vacationing in June and regretted having to give up any time with our boat. (Well, frankly, we regret having to give up any time in our boat vacation or not.) We were trying to coordinate prop repair with the service appointment and Russ was especially good to us--he even called letting us know the boat would be ready in "about 15 minutes so you can head on over this way." "I have purchased 2 boats between Northpoint Watersports and Team Carolina Marine. Most recently (April 2005) I purchased a 2004 Rinker 250 Fiesta Vee. This was my first new boat purchase from Northpoint Watersports. We have now had the boat for 11 months and it has been everything I expected and more. The quality and standard features for your dollar are better than anything else I researched. The service that Drew, Dave, BT, Russ, and Paul give you after the sale is outstanding. I know a few people that have had bad experiences with other dealers, not at Northpoint Watersports. This dealership carries such a great line of boats and the service is 1st rate, if you are considering buying a boat you would be making a mistake not to let Northpoint Watersports service your needs. My family’s boating experience with our Rinker has been nothing but FUN. When I am ready for a larger boat, this is the only place I need to go.

"We purchased a new Ebbtide 200 from Northpoint in the spring of 2003. The boat is slipped in the intracoastal waterway (saltwater) 10 months out of the year. I cannot express how happy we are with the reliability and quality of this boat. The ride, performance, and aesthetics are still literally just like the day we bought the boat. After nearly 3 straight years in saltwater, I expected some reliability issues to occur, regardless of brand or type of boat. Absolutely no corrosion at all, and no hull blistering. All we have to do is jump in and turn the key.
